TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION

Melco's embroidery equipment is manufactured to meet and exceed our company's high technical standards. That's why so many of our older machines are still out there producing profits for our customers. Melco is equally committed to a standard of excellence when it's time for our equipment to be serviced.

Melco Embroidery Systems employs 9 highly trained service technicians and has certified another 60 third-party technicians across America, in order to respond to your service needs quickly and effectively. We are currently looking for additional third-party technicians to go through our rigorous training programs, especially in the western US. We also welcome inquiries from potential distributors/technicians in the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

Courses for Service Technicians

These programs include classes in the use of our equipment and digitizing software. Melco believes that well-rounded technicians need the practical experience of editing and sewing out designs, to fully serve our customers.

Benefits for Third Party Techs
In addition to the thorough training you will receive from Melco, once you become a Melco service technician, you'll have access to valuable resources to keep you up to date on technical issues and equipment and software upgrades.

AMAYA Technical Service List
Once you're certified you can request that your name be added to the AMAYA tech service email list, where technicians worldwide discuss issues that arise as they service Melco equipment. This list gives you access to the collective experience of technicians all over the globe, so you need never feel that you're working without a net.

Technical Advisory Bulletins
Melco service technicians are routinely sent all Technical Advisory Bulletins issued by the Melco Engineering department. These cover modifications to the machinery or software, and when necessary, outline steps for making hardware changes.
